CYW: Aspargus (Jennifer Nichole Wells)
I took this picture a couple of years ago at the Aspargus Festival in Stockton, CA. It was a big family outing to the festival. They had all kinds of asparagus to try from in pastas to ice creams. We, of course, decided to try the fried asparagus. It was okay. I prefer just plain steamed or sautéed asparagus. Sometimes natural flavors are best.
