Sunday Trees 271 – Becca Givens

It was a long week of getting back out into the world.  Still not feeling great, but I think I’m on the last leg of this flu, finally, thank goodness.  I have been trying to take it easy and get good rest to make sure I get better.  I tend to not listen to my body and push myself too much, so it’s been tough to resist the urge to get out there and do more.  Why do we run ourselves into the ground sometimes?  I think I may make that a goal this year.  To listen to my body more often, to put my health first, to take care of myself…to love myself.  I hope I can do it.  Do any of you do this too?  What things do you to remind yourself that you are important too?
